Square Fit is a full-stack photo and video editing platform designed for creators, influencers, and everyday users who want professional-grade results directly from mobile. Originally launched as Picfy and later evolved into Square Fit, the product expanded into a comprehensive editing ecosystem with advanced media tools, social-ready formats, and performance-optimized workflows.
The engagement focused on building a scalable, feature-rich editing experience that balances simplicity for casual users with depth for professional creators.
Problem
The client needed a high-performance mobile editing solution that could:
Consolidate photo + video editing into a single product
Support social-first formats (Instagram-ready outputs, reels, etc.)
Deliver smooth performance across iOS devices
Work offline for core editing workflows
Continuously scale with new features and user demand
