Illinois Flag Redesign Concept v2

Didn't love the complexity of my quick first flag concept, so I tried to simplify further. Very much drawing inspiration from Ross Bruggink's flag submissions for Minnesota (check them out if you haven't). Illinois' current land, lake, sky composition lends itself well to simple blue and green color fields and keeping the eagle to black and white makes for more visually striking contrast.
