My previous role as an Assistant to a Psychologist at the Institute of Medical Rehabilitation in Islamabad, Pakistan, from September 2014 to November 2019, provided me with valuable experience and insights that shaped my career aspirations.During my time at the institute, I discovered the importance of clear and empathetic communication in the field of psychology. This realization, along with my knack for organizing appointments and schedules, motivated me to pursue a role where I could excel in appointment setting and virtual assistance.My role as an Assistant to a Psychologist allowed me to fine-tune my skills in patient interaction, psychological assessment, and treatment planning. I learned the significance of conducting comprehensive interviews, observations, and surveys with patients to gather crucial information for accurate diagnoses.
