Greccio Housing is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing for low-income families in the local area. The organization recently planned an upcoming event and needed a brochure design to promote it. I worked closely with the copywriter to create a visually appealing brochure that could effectively communicate Greccio Housing’s message. I used a combination of images, fonts, and colors to create a design that was both visually appealing and easy to read.

The objective of the project was to create a brochure that was visually appealing and provided the necessary information to the public in an easy to read format. The brochure needed to be informative yet creative and engaging. 

A design that reflects the organization’s mission and values.

Contact information, mission statement, ways to donate, and a story about the organization.

A theme that adheres to brand guidelines and matches to tone of the event.

My process for this project began with a kickoff meeting to dicusss deadlines, method of communication, visual ideas and mandatory requirements for the project. 

Next, I focused on researching and understanding the mission and goals of the brand. I used a variety of inspiration tools to devise several concepts.

I then created different design concepts based on the organization’s brand identity and worked with Greccio's founder to choose a concept.

The brochure was a success. It was visually appealing and contained all of the necessary information in an easy to read format. The design was creative and engaging, and it was well-received by the public. The brochure was instrumental in increasing donations for the organization and creating public awareness for the upcoming event.
