Inciclo kiosk launch

Inciclo is a trailblazing brand in Brazil, having dominated the menstrual cup market for the past decade. Until 2021, all sales were conducted exclusively online or through resellers such as individual merchants or pharmacies, as the company did not have a physical store.
The objective was to create a splash with the launch of Inciclo's first-ever physical store, a kiosk situated in Morumbi Shopping. Our goal was to generate buzz around the launch by revamping all communication, including sales materials, social media, press kits, and invitations.
Conceptually, we started by examining Inciclo's existing positioning and the way it presented itself on social networks. We sought to extend this communication further since the brand was expanding its point of sales contact with the kiosk.
Inciclo operates in an educational, informative, and explanatory way. Our strategy was to align our speech with initiating a dialogue with consumers outside of the screens. As the first physical space dedicated solely to Inciclo, the kiosk was an ideal opportunity to explore other forms of connections, focusing on the cycle, body care, self-care, and introspection.
Together, let's pursue self-knowledge through Inciclo.
