Lidspace: hyperlocal evangelist marketing in Bangalore

Brands pay influencers who have never used the product. The builders who genuinely swear by a tool get nothing. Lidspace flips that in one city: Bangalore, one neighbourhood at a time.
I built it as a two-sided product. Builders join as evangelists in two minutes by listing their stack (Notion, Figma, Supabase, Linear, Cursor, Stripe, OpenAI, Vercel and so on), their type and the neighbourhood they hang around in, and linking a social profile. Brands open the Discover map, filter Bangalore by neighbourhood (Indiranagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Church Street, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Whitefield) and by stack, and find builders who already use their product.
A brand pitches a perk; the evangelist accepts before anything ships; a post tagging @lidspace and the brand unlocks the payout, with WhatsApp and Instagram story templates built in.
The result is a pilot-stage product with a verified evangelist queue, brand pitching and perk unlocking working end to end. It is early: the discover map fills as the first cohort is verified, and no revenue or reach claims are made here.

A two-sided product where builders tag the tools they actually use and brands in that stack sponsor them with perks, a verified evangelist, and a share-off flow
