MeetClaw: OpenClaw installation and hardening as a service

OpenClaw is a powerful open-source AI assistant framework, and most first installs break: silent bot failures, misconfigured tokens, migrations that half-complete. MeetClaw is the service I built to make it run properly on a customer's own machine.
The engagement follows four steps. The client describes their machine and what the assistant should do. I design the topology: which channels it lives in (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Signal or iMessage), which model provider (Claude, GPT, Gemini, OpenRouter or a local model), and where state lives. Then installation, configuration and hardening on their Mac, Windows, Linux or VPS. They receive documentation and an optional working session with the team.
The result is an assistant that actually does things on the platforms the team already uses, with the keys and data staying on their infrastructure. I have organised three self-funded buildathons on OpenClaw, Claude Code and Hermes, which is where most of the failure patterns this service fixes were first collected. MeetClaw is independent and not affiliated with the OpenClaw project.
