Regenix: patient and operations workflow modernisation

Regenix was managing patient records, treatment workflows, and business operations in a legacy FileMaker system. Any replacement had to respect familiar staff workflows while moving a live operation safely.

I built the connected application around patient profiles, treatment management, orders, subscriptions, and reporting. The migration plan used parallel systems, phased cutovers, and rollback paths, with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, and the required commerce and communication integrations.

The result brought patient and operational workflows into one connected system without presenting this work as a clinical claim, regulatory certification, or measured financial return.
