As the Social Media Manager for a growing restaurant chain in Manila with three branches, I oversee all aspects of the brand’s social media presence. I create tailored, engaging content designed to resonate with our audience and ensure it aligns with our brand voice. This content is cross-posted across platforms, primarily focusing on Facebook and Instagram, using Meta's scheduling tools to maintain consistent and timely posts.

In addition to content creation, I actively engage with the community by responding to comments, sharing user-generated content, and initiating conversations to foster relationships with our followers. I also create and manage social media ads to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our locations. This includes A/B testing to optimize campaigns and achieve the best results, whether it's for promotions, events, or general brand awareness.
