A Lafayette food truck park adds a farmers market

LAFAYETTE, La. – The strength and tenacity of the Black community in South Louisiana is inspiring. Louisiana native and married couple, Chris and Andrea Amos founded Parc De Oaks in 2019 and began operating the food truck park in 2023.
