Project made as a commission for the research project "Smartification of Audience Experience" created by members of Erasmus University, Leiden University, and Science Now Studio.
The white paper explores the shift in design and implementation approaches the in creative industry around co-designing and implementing consumer data- and AI-enhanced experiences. It summarizes the field research project and highlights the insights of many fantastic contributors.
