A film festival that aims to unite the community in celebrating cinema, showcasing A24's diverse range of filmography.
With A24 emerging from the niche film scene, it needed to showcase its diverse filmography to the broader film community. The goal was to create a versatile design system for a community-driven film festival, developing a visual language that resonated with casual moviegoers and dedicated cinephiles. The goal was to design an adaptable system across multiple branding touchpoints, capturing the essence of cinema visually.
A design system that fused a grid’s structure with cinematic storytelling captured the essence of the film festival and elevated the overall brand experience. Evocative stills and a harmonious visual language ignited anticipation and created a lasting impression. Versatile across print, digital touchpoints, and OOH, the system allowed for creative freedom while maintaining brand consistency. Typography, imagery, and layout created a distinct aesthetic, positioning the festival as a premier cultural event.
