ShareSpark Platform Design

ShareSpark is a digital donation platform designed to support community-based and faith-driven organizations. Focused on simplifying the giving experience, it provides powerful tools like recurring donations, mobile giving, and data-driven dashboards for better donation management. With no prior visual identity or digital experience, I was brought in to design the platform from the ground up creating a purposeful, clean, and intuitive interface that reflects the platform’s mission of making giving seamless and impactful.

As the UI/UX designer, I led the end-to-end design of ShareSpark’s website and dashboard. The goal was to build donor trust and equip organizations with effective tools to manage contributions. Key aspects of the design approach included:

User Journey Mapping: Crafted a smooth, intuitive flow from discovery to donation and recurring gift setup.

Information Architecture: Balanced ease of use for donors with robust admin tools for organizations.

Dashboard Design: Designed a data-rich, user-friendly dashboard offering insights into giving trends and member engagement.

Mobile Optimization: Focused on a mobile-first experience for seamless, secure giving on any device.

Visual System: Developed a clean interface with calming colors, rounded typography, and trust-building iconography.

The ShareSpark platform design successfully combines accessibility with robust functionality. From intuitive donation flows to advanced management tools, the design empowers both givers and organizations. This project highlights how thoughtful design can create a bridge between generosity and technology, helping communities grow through meaningful support.
