This contract outlines the terms and scope of work for the freelance 3D animation services provided by [Your Name/Company], hereinafter referred to as the "Freelancer," to [Client's Name/Company], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
Services Provided
The Freelancer agrees to deliver the following 3D animation services for the Client:
Concept Development:
Collaborate with the Client to understand project goals, narrative, and aesthetic direction.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and/or visual references as required.
3D Modeling & Asset Creation:
Create 3D models based on the approved concept, ensuring all assets are fully optimized for animation (characters, environments, props, etc.).
Animation:
Rig, animate, and bring assets to life, focusing on smooth, fluid motions and performance that matches the project's tone and style.
Provide necessary revisions during the animation phase as agreed upon by both parties.
Lighting & Rendering:
Set up lighting to match the desired mood and style for the animation.
Render high-quality outputs based on the specifications agreed upon (resolution, format, etc.).
Post-production:
Apply final touches, including compositing, color correction, and adding any visual effects (VFX) as necessary.
Deliver the final animation in the requested formats for presentation, review, and approval.
Revisions and Adjustments:
Provide a specified number of revisions (e.g., 2-3) to the animation, ensuring it meets the Client's needs and expectations.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit will be subject to an additional fee.
