PROJECT CONTEXT
This self-directed demonstration explores a respectful win-back email flow for a fictional local cleaning service. It is a concept, not commissioned client work, and was not sent to customers. No customer data, live automation, or results are represented.
OBJECTIVE
Make repeat booking easy with concise, helpful outreach while protecting customer trust. The concept assumes the business has a current booking link and valid permission to email the people it contacts. Confirm consent and applicable requirements before any real send.
CAMPAIGN DESIGN
Audience — Past customers eligible for follow-up. Suppress anyone who recently booked, opted out, complained, bounced, or should otherwise not be contacted.
First email — A friendly check-in, one clear booking action, and a reply path for questions. Use approved business details and a working booking link.
One follow-up — Send only after a business-chosen interval to eligible recipients who have not booked or replied. Keep it brief, include the booking path, and provide the business-approved opt-out route.
Stop rules — End outreach when someone books, replies, opts out, or becomes ineligible. Do not introduce an unapproved discount.

MEASUREMENT PLAN
For a live campaign, track delivery, booking-link clicks, completed bookings, revenue using an agreed attribution method, replies, and opt-outs. Set a baseline and measurement window before launch. This demonstration has no deployment data, benchmarks, or performance results.
SCOPE
This sample demonstrates messaging, sequence logic, and measurement planning. It does not include a real customer list, campaign deployment, email-platform setup, automation, or verified outcomes. Those would require separate approval and an agreed scope.
