To design the FAQ and Contact Us pages in a way that answers user questions clearly and encourages inquiries from potential clients — without making them dig for information.

The original structure was lacking: – Users had common questions but no place to get quick answers – The contact form felt generic and cold, not aligned with Mayrahkee’s warm brand personality – Mobile responsiveness and clarity were key concerns

I designed both pages with clarity, personality, and flow in mind: ✅ FAQ Page: Structured in an accordion layout for easy scanning, with soft typography and conversational tone ✅ Contact Page: Simplified the form, added friendly microcopy, and made sure the tone felt human — like talking to a team that gets it ✅ Ensured both were fully responsive and visually consistent with the rest of the site
