Street Fighter × POP MART is a licensed collectible project built around the visual language and iconic characters of the Street Fighter universe. My role included IP and collectible design, packaging, key visual development, and production-stage visual review.

The visual direction translated Street Fighter’s arcade energy, character personalities, and retro game references into a collectible format suitable for POP MART’s product and retail environment.
