TON's Acton is a unified CLI toolchain for building, testing, debugging, and deploying smart contracts on the TON blockchain. I was brought onto the project to produce a series of product videos for the Acton landing page, each showcasing a core feature of the platform to a technical developer audience.
I produced 5 videos:
Native Tolk Tests — Demonstrating Acton's native testing framework, which runs unit tests, transaction flows, and cross-contract interactions 50x faster than TypeScript alternatives.
dApp-Ready Contracts — Showing how Acton generates TypeScript wrappers for frontend and end-to-end testing, with TON Connect and React as the UI layer.
Friendly for AI Agents — Highlighting Acton's out-of-the-box skills and manuals that let AI agents use the CLI as a runtime.
IDE Integration — Covering the linter, formatter, and LSP-based editor support across VS Code, JetBrains, Cursor, and Zed.
Test UI / Visualize Traces — Walking through the dev-oriented UI for inspecting transaction trees, messages, fees, and storage changes across every test.
Each video was built entirely in After Effects, with recreated UI, motion graphics, typography, and transitions designed from scratch. The goal was to make dense, technical functionality feel immediate and accessible, keeping each video tight enough for a landing page while giving developers a real sense of the workflow.
