Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Backlog Grooming: Regularly update and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

Team Support: Facilitate team collaboration and ensure that all team members have the resources they need to succeed.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and manage expectations.

Project Timeline:

Sprint 1-2: Initial planning, market research, and defining app features.

Sprint 3-5: Design phase, creating wireframes and mockups.

Sprint 6-9: Development of key features such as user profiles, goal tracking, and workout plans.

Sprint 10-11: Integration of nutrition tracking and personalized recommendations.

Sprint 12-13: Testing, bug fixing, and preparation for app store submission.
