E-commerce Website Redesign Project
Objective:
Redesign an existing e-commerce website to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and integrate new features such as a recommendation engine and enhanced mobile responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Work with the Product Owner to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered first.
Team Coordination: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers.
Remove Impediments: Identify and address any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sprint progress and use metrics such as burn-down charts to track team performance and productivity.
Project Timeline:
Sprint 1-2: Discovery and planning, including user research and defining the MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
Sprint 3-6: Design and prototyping phase, with iterative feedback loops.
Sprint 7-10: Development of core features and integration of the recommendation engine.
Sprint 11-12: Testing, bug fixing, and final tweaks before launch.
Sprint 13: Deployment and post-launch support.
