Multi-site WAN consolidation across three vendors

A decade of site-by-site growth across three vendors: static routes layered over partial dynamic routing, overlapping address space in two regions, and a core whose second path had been repurposed and never restored. Nobody had a current picture of how traffic actually flowed.

Audited the running estate rather than the documentation, rebuilt the address plan to remove the overlaps, replaced the static layer with a single coherent dynamic routing design, and restored the redundant core path. Every migration step was staged so it could be reversed inside its own maintenance window.

One routed design across all three vendors, a second path that genuinely carries traffic when the first fails, and documentation that matches the estate as built.
