The Client

Veronica Di Polo, a branding expert and podcast host, wanted to elevate her video content to reach a broader audience and establish her podcast as a key tool to showcase her expertise.

The Challenge

When Veronica approached me, she faced several challenges:
Her YouTube channel had low engagement, averaging only 50 views per video.
Her podcast, Branding Momentum, lacked a video format, which limited its audience and promotional potential which was at the moment audiograms that were giving close to no results on social media.
Her social media platforms lacked cohesive visuals and content tailored for short-form video audiences.

The Solution

I worked closely with Veronica and her team to develop a comprehensive video marketing strategy that included:
Video Production Coaching: Taught Veronica how to improve her video quality with better lighting and recording techniques, empowering her to produce polished video podcasts independently without taking more of her time.
Video Podcast Creation: Transitioned her podcast to a visually engaging video format, opening new promotional opportunities and expanding her reach. That allow us not only to have better short-form videos but also move her into the video-podcast space.

Content Repurposing Strategy: Designed a structure to repurpose long-form podcast episodes into bite-sized, highly shareable short videos, driving traffic to her podcast and showcasing her expertise. Having 3 short-form videos per episode.

Visual Aesthetic for Social Media: Developed a distinctive and cohesive visual style tailored for platforms like Instagram and TikTok to ensure her content captured attention and aligned with her brand. The aesthetic includes specific caption style, and visual hooks.

YouTube Optimization: Improved her video hooks, scripts, and editing techniques, resulting in a jump from an average of 50 views to 1,300–2,000 views per video and growth to over 5,100 subscribers. The major jump was in her discoverability having several viral YouTube Shorts.
