The Brief

Call to Adventure needed a new website design with advanced functionality to enhance brand credibility, boost customer confidence, and drive conversions.

Their brief was to build a fast, responsive travel booking website with advanced SEO capabilities, feature-rich gear reviews for affiliate marketing, blog, podcasts, and trip filtering. They also wanted the website to be easy to manage and maintain.

Solution 🤝

To meet these requirements, we recommended transitioning their existing Webflow website to WordPress, which is known for its versatility and customisability.

This switch offered the flexibility to incorporate advanced features and cater to a broader audience while maintaining a high standard of user experience.

To ensure speed, responsiveness and easy maintenance, we used the Oxygen builder tool, which provides an easy-to-maintain website without the bloat and performance impact of other WordPress page builders.

As a businesses website is often the first interaction a new customer has with their brand, it needs to provide a great experience and instill confidence in the customer right from the get go.

Call to Adventure faced a similar challenge and required a complete redesign to establish trust through a clean design that emulates more established entities.

To achieve this, we incorporated Trustpilot and focused on making the site look professional, clean, and with a touch of personality.

It's possible to build any website using plugins and services, but ensuring that they work together seamlessly and do not negatively impact the site's performance is a different matter altogether, so we worked hard to optimise the site and squeeze out as much performance as possible.

Finally in addition to integrating HubSpot and Trustpilot and optimising their loading speed, we also created a customised booking management tool that allows Call to Adventure to effortlessly update trip availability whenever needed by their trip vendors.
