Jonathan Feinberg - A Portfolio & Event Website

Overview: This project centered around building a sleek, high-performance event website tailored to the client’s goal of showcasing and selling event experiences. Given the need to handle dynamic content while maintaining fast load times, we focused on performance optimization from the ground up.

Custom Event Plugin: Developed a lightweight custom plugin to manage event listings. This approach minimized dependency on bulky third-party solutions, ensuring fast load times and maximum control over event features.

Social Media Integration (Juicer): Integrated a dynamic section using Juicer.io to automatically pull and display the latest social media posts. This kept the homepage visually engaging and constantly updated without manual edits.

Speed & Performance Optimization: Every decision—from plugin development to content handling—was made with speed in mind. The final site achieves excellent performance scores while supporting all core features.

User Experience Design: Maintained a clean, intuitive layout that ensures users can easily discover upcoming events, view details, and purchase tickets without friction.

Result: The final website is not only fast and responsive but also highly engaging—empowering the client to actively promote their events and grow their audience with confidence.
