As a technical management trainee in JG Summit (my first job), I did product design and R&D with details as follows:

2) Product Formulation, Development and Innovation;

3) Major Proponent of Product Design from Lab- to Mass- Scale Production;

4) Development of Transition Materials to Profitable Products;

5) Development of Chemical Additives for other Production Formulation Purposes in the Product Design Blueprint
