Uniform Quantity and Quality

The football academy needed 2000 standard training jerseys, 2000 sleeveless students’ jerseys and 1000 long-sleeve training kits. All fully customized and functional under different conditions.

Footballr wanted stylish and artistic soccer kits. The team had a concept in mind–innovation and uniqueness–but they needed a football kit designer to bring their ideas to reality.

For the jersey, they selected dark-green as the primary color with touches of the brand’s signature color in a camouflage pattern. The end result was expected to transcend traditional jersey styles.

The client wanted a camouflage-like pattern to evoke a modern feel without appearing too overpowering. Based on this, our team curated a set of camouflage jersey designs and sent them over for feedback. The reference and feedback on each design was documented.

Since the jerseys were intended for training, the uniform had to provide comfort and breathability while giving a premium feel. Therefore, a piqué jacquard fabric was considered best for this purpose. The texture, feel and breathability of this material was able to provide the needed comfort and modern branding element for the football academy.

We used a digital printing technology to create the designs on the jacquard fabric. This printing method was selected to create an artistic and realistic effect on the jerseys.

For the logo, we used silicone-patch technique to give it a 3D dimensional and structured appearance.

The fabric was cut according to the size ranges provided by Footballr. The soccer official uniforms were cut based on the measured size for customization.

Each jersey unit was tailored to provide fitness, flexibility and lightness to the players.

It is common to find defects in traditional soccer jerseys that are produced in bulk. These defects may range from inconsistent fittings to low-quality materials.
