NasFund needed a promotional video to drive adoption of their mobile app, encouraging customers to go digital instead of visiting physical branches.
The Challenge
NasFund's customer base was largely accustomed to in-person transactions. The video had to make the app feel approachable, trustworthy, and easy to use, convincing users that going digital was worth the switch.
My Process
Discovery & storyboarding — Mapped out the narrative flow in Figma, focusing on the key app features and user benefits that would resonate with NasFund's audience.
Custom illustration — Designed brand-aligned vector assets and character illustrations in Adobe Illustrator to keep the visual language consistent with NasFund's identity.
Animation & compositing — Brought everything to life in After Effects with smooth motion graphics that walk viewers through the app experience.
The Result
The client approved the very first draft with minimal feedback. The video helped NasFund grow their customer numbers on the app and reduce walk-in traffic at physical branches, exactly the digital adoption outcome they were targeting.
