As a UX/UI designer, I transformed football project management with a sleek web platform, eradicating inefficiencies and enhancing communication. I crafted a responsive site with a contemporary dark theme optimized for tablet use. Addressing the challenge of unwieldy systems causing time wastage and communication gaps in clubs, I implemented a centralized platform featuring registration, email integration, dedicated sections for clubs and coaches, player profiles, a blog, help center, and an about us page. This solution offers real-time access to match results, video chat, team profiles, and matchday highlights, streamlining match scheduling, squad selection, match reports, and team communication. My design work aims to revolutionize football project management, providing an efficient, cohesive platform for clubs, coaches, players, and parents.
