Overview

MySeema is a proactive concierge service dedicated to improving your parents' and loved one's physical and mental health.

Problem

After many discussions with the client and understanding the needs, I created a demand space that informed the brand strategy and the overall brand narrative.

The brand primarily focused on immigrant parents who had difficulty conversing in English, especially when they went to their doctor's appointments. The major problem is the inability to communicate and explain the pain points.

This generally means that you, as a child of an immigrant who can speak and understand English, had to go with your parents to translate everything they say to the doctor and vice versa. This is not only a tedious job, but sometimes, things got lost in translation. You, as an interpreter, didn't understand half the medical jargon, which was a major concern.



Immigrants, especially people from the sub-continent, are family-oriented and trust plays a big part in making decisions. Their parents are very dear to them and they want to make sure that their parents' health is taken seriously.

Solution

MySeema wanted to simplify the process by associating a nurse who spoke the parents' language but also understood the medical jargon so that parents could express themselves freely and understood well what the doctors said. In addition, MySeema also worked with parents to get them in shape by enabling them with various exercise routines and healthy recipes. MySeema is proactive and preventative, and they wanted their members to know and feel through their branding. This is where I come in.

Brand Strategy:

After understanding the problem and solution, I created the brand narrative that covered the two pain points:

  1. Language
  2. Trust

and the entire brand narrative was summed under:

"The trusted healthcare that takes care and understands like family"

This took me to the brand tagline, and everything from there was just a matter of execution which I'll demonstrate below:

"Healthcare that understands you."
