5-Stage No-Code Product Development System

Most people think no-code is just: → Drag and drop → Make it look nice → Launch fast

But that mindset leads to apps that are: ❌ Confusing ❌ Buggy ❌ Impossible to scale

After months of trial and error, I now follow a 5-stage system every time I build a new product 👇

1. Understand the Product What’s the goal? Who’s the user? What’s the real outcome they want?

2. Wireframe in Figma Not for beauty — for logic. Boxes > buttons. Flow before features.

3. Backend in Xano Auth, filters, database structure. This is where the real power of no-code lives.

4. Build in Bubble Now I drag — but with direction. Every workflow is intentional.

5. Test like a maniac I break everything before the user can. Edge cases. Bugs. Weird inputs. All handled.

This process has made my builds cleaner, faster, and way more stable.
