The client needed to draft a legally binding Digital Marketing Agreement, including IP transfer, the right to withhold the results until payment is secured and offer and acceptance issues of the contract handled. The client's data is excluded from the portfolio and the agreement is depersonalized.

Before anything, we met with the Client to understand how he operates his business and what purpose should this agreement serve. We successfully negotiated with the client on how the agreement should look, and I drafted the entire DMA. Afterward, the Client was instructed to properly use and conduct a legally binding agreement using this instrument.
