I designed AI-driven onboarding learning user goals, interests, and learning patterns to build personalized career paths. Created conversational interface feeling like career counseling, recommendation engine, progress visualization, and adaptive difficulty. Validated with Framer prototype before engineering.

Result: Onboarding drop-offs reduced 25%, 10,000 new subscribers in 6 months, course completion jumped from 31% to 64%, session length increased 4.7 minutes, user satisfaction 4.7/5, viral coefficient 0.4.
