Loyalty initiatives: Evaluated the impact of loyalty initiatives and provided actionable insights for redesigning these programs for client. The revised intervention successfully moved 17% of customers from low to medium and high engagement tiers. Technically, we developed KPIs for loyalty, engagement, and profitability, utilizing causal inference techniques (observational panel data with fixed effects, Difference-in-Difference, and Propensity Score Matching).
