Designed A series of Online Spreadsheets to collect data from close to 15 departments in all the 9 Plants for this group across the Africa, South America and Asia. These excels, coupled with the Group SAP 4 Hana Database provided the data needed to design a 60 Page Power BI dashboard for the Board of Directors, the Group CEO, Cluster CEOs, Country CEOs, Regional Directors, Supply Chain Heads, Plant Level General Managers, and Plant Level HODs. These were diferent stakeholders, hence the number of pages- and this being a Public Company, the dashboard was compliant with all the legal data requirements across the countries where this business operates.
