Migrated legacy APIs to a modern NestJS + GraphQL architecture, improving maintainability and long-term scalability of the entire backend codebase.

Cut critical API response times from 1000ms to under 200ms — an 80% reduction — through query optimization and database schema restructuring at scale.
🔔 Real-time & Notifications
Implemented AWS SNS push notifications and GraphQL subscriptions for live event alerts across mobile and web clients.

Built Stripe webhook integration handling payment processing, subscription lifecycle management, and failure recovery.
