OVERVIEW
This portfolio case presents a responsive service website for Fix-it-Brown, a residential and commercial handyman business.
GOAL
Help local customers understand the available repair and maintenance services, establish trust quickly, and move toward a call or service enquiry.
MY ROLE
Website design, information architecture, responsive layout direction, service-page organization, and WordPress implementation planning.
DELIVERABLES
• Handyman-services homepage • Residential and commercial service sections • Trust, experience, and testimonial content • Responsive desktop and mobile layouts • Contact and service-enquiry pathways • WordPress-ready visual system
APPROACH
I organized the experience around the decisions a service customer makes first: whether the company handles the required work, why it is trustworthy, and how to request help. Service categories, proof points, and contact actions remain visible throughout the journey.
OUTCOME
The result is a polished local-services website presentation with clearer service discovery and enquiry pathways. No lead volume, booking, revenue, traffic, or completed-launch result is claimed.
