In 2024 alone, I’ve been involved in the creation of four complete Design Systems and component libraries, each tailored to the unique needs and cultures of different organizations.

My role goes far beyond just assembling components — I help companies set the foundation for scalable, efficient design and development workflows. From the very first pre-audit and defining design tokens, to structuring the Figma architecture, establishing naming conventions, and aligning design and development pipelines, I’m there for the entire journey.

I work closely with both designers and developers to ensure that every aspect — from the design language to the handoff process — is clear, consistent, and maintainable. This includes supporting cross-team collaboration, setting up documentation standards, and making sure the system is easy to adopt and evolve long after the initial build.
