Client: A global nonprofit organization focused on transformative youth development, operating in 5 U.S. sites and 3 international locations.
Project Overview: The nonprofit faced challenges in maintaining consistency and efficiency in its grant writing process across its multiple sites and with their remote teams. They sought support to create a scalable system for crafting compelling grant proposals and communicating their impact to funders.
Key Contributions:
Development of Boilerplate Templates:
Created detailed, site-specific boilerplate templates for program sites (5 U.S. and 1 global location).
Worked closely with each site director through scheduled 1:1 meetings to gather accurate and compelling program information.
Ensured consistency across all templates while highlighting the unique aspects of each site’s programs and community impact.
Enhanced Impact Communication:
Drafted clear and engaging language for the organization’s impact statements.
Focused on articulating the transformative work being done with youth, helping the nonprofit better resonate with funders and stakeholders.

Designed and implemented a structured, repeatable system for grant writing, reducing the time and effort required for future proposals.
