My client, approached me with the need to modernize and simplify their HR processes through creation of a user-friendly and efficient HR mobile application. They sought a solution that would empower their workforce with self-service capabilities for tasks like accessing personal information, managing attendance, requesting leaves, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, the client emphasized the importance of secure data handling and cross-platform compatibility to ensure seamless user experiences for both iOS and Android users.
