One of my clients (identity confidential) required me to draft a memorandum for his HNI clients for a recent festival to express how much he adores and loves them for their achievements and yet such a down-to-earth attitude.
The agenda behind it all was to strengthen bonds with clients and convey to them that they are valued beyond mere professional relations.
As a client relationship specialist, I strategize activities to strengthen bonds and establish long-term associations, this memorandum being one angle of it all.
