Creating art for a purpose. Helping a nonprofit that practices the principles of Black liberation, radical self love, and social justice with marketing materials that convey the defining characteristics of their organization.

Nonprofit was seeking volunteer services to allow them to to divert resources to other parts of their organization. I have taken up sewing in the past few years and have fallen in love with it and hope to be able to benefit the community with this project.

Consisting of 2 illustrations for our 2023 Wall Calendar. The images had to center Black women/girls/femmes and sewing. 🤎

"This project will save us$4,212, allowing us to divert resources to other parts of our organization while also providing high quality creative inspiration for our community.

This is the largest fundraiser for our organization. If this is successful, we will be on firm financial footing for the 2023 fiscal year."
