Project Overview

This case study documents the strategic analysis and content framework development for four distinct Indian brands operating across different sectors—drone technology, wellness sleep products, men's grooming, and skincare. The project aimed to establish cohesive, data-driven Instagram strategies that leverage each brand's unique value proposition while aligning with audience expectations and platform best practices.

Methodology

The analysis involved:
Visual Content Audit: Examining existing Instagram assets to identify design language, tone, and narrative patterns
Audience Segmentation: Analyzing target demographics for each brand (tech enthusiasts, health-conscious consumers, modern men, skincare-conscious demographics)
Competitive Positioning: Identifying brand voice, unique selling propositions, and market positioning
Content Pattern Recognition: Mapping recurring themes, messaging styles, and content formats across existing materials
Pillar Framework Development: Creating 3-5 foundational content pillars for sustainable, repeatable content production
This social media marketing strategy and content pillar framework was developed during my employment at Monk Entertainment. As the lead designer and strategist, I collaborated with a team of creative strategists to analyze brand positioning, audience behavior, and content performance across all four brands.
I directed an in-house team of photographers and videographers to execute the visual content strategy, ensuring consistent brand aesthetic, high production quality, and strategic alignment with each pillar's objectives. This hands-on leadership of the creative production team ensured seamless translation of strategy into compelling, platform-optimized content assets that drove measurable engagement and business results.
The strategy reflects both strategic insight and practical production expertise, balancing creative vision with data-driven outcomes.
