A key part of the approach was turning relatively complex professional-development propositions into clear, audience-focused communication.
For example, the training campaign translated a succession-planning and organisational-sustainability programme into a communication platform centred around future-ready leadership, talent retention, continuity and organisational sustainability.
The Abuja induction campaign took a different approach, focusing on professional recognition, membership and leadership identity, with messaging designed to encourage qualified professionals to see ISL membership as part of their professional journey.
The Result
The work gave ISL a stronger set of campaign communications for presenting its programmes, membership proposition and institutional activities to clearly defined audiences.
The resulting materials provided ISL with communication assets that could be deployed across training promotion, membership activation, professional events and institutional engagement, while maintaining a recognisable visual and messaging direction.
