Organised & Culled a list of 13000 contacts to identify the most qualified leads through strategic email marketing & custom properties.
We looked at all the inconsistent data provided and came up with fixed custom properties to organise the information in contact records and re-important these into HubSpot.
We then sorted these contacts by lists and sent out smart emails based on these lists.
From there, we narrowed down the contacts by creating another list of contacts that were most engaged with the content, cutting out thousands of inactive/ unengaged leads.
Results:
1. Had a small manageable group of qualified leads that the team could reach out to on a more personal level
2. Removed thousands of unengaged contacts which in return saved the maintenance costs associated with HubSpot billings
3. They now also have a more streamlined process of qualifying inbound leads via a form with the fixed custom properties.
