Over the months with DataOrb, I have worked closely with founders, product and tech teams to bring the designs to life and solve the CX issues faced by organizations.

Define the UX for presenting the customer-agent interaction data to the users in one place while also providing them the AI-driven action items to empower teams.
Build a design system to deliver the consistent experience for the CX (Customer Experience) and CS (Customer Success) users under one platform
The platform Should be scalable to evolve as a self-serve platform with white labelling capabilities
