Understanding the User Needs To start, I conducted research to identify the pain points of users who rely on financial data for decision-making. Insights revealed that users wanted a platform that emphasized clarity, speed, and access to detailed stock performance metrics.

Structuring the Information Architecture I organized the website's layout to highlight essential stock performance data, such as price changes, historical trends, and key metrics like volume and market cap. The information was structured to ensure easy navigation, with the most critical data always within reach.

Wireframing & Ideation I sketched multiple layouts for the homepage and stock details page, focusing on balancing data density with readability. Wireframes were tested to optimize the arrangement of charts, tables, and interactive elements like filters and search.

High-Fidelity Design Using Figma, I created a modern and professional aesthetic, incorporating color-coded performance indicators (e.g., green for gains, red for losses) and visually engaging charts. A dark theme option was added for better accessibility during extended use.

Prototyping & Usability Testing An interactive prototype was developed to test the user flow, from exploring the homepage to drilling down into individual stock details. Feedback from usability tests led to refinements, including better hover interactions for data points and clearer call-to-action buttons.

The final design provides a seamless experience for users to explore and analyze stocks at a glance. Key features include:
