Optimisation of SimPat's AI Medical Training Platform

Challenge: SimPat helps trainee doctors prepare for exams using AI-generated patient scenarios. When I joined, the founding team was spending an hour manually creating each patient case—a massive bottleneck preventing scale.

My Role: Brought in as a Bubble.io specialist to optimise their platform and get them launch-ready. The goal: dramatically reduce case creation time whilst building a centralised admin system.

Solution: I rebuilt their entire case creation workflow and developed a comprehensive admin dashboard. Streamlined complex multi-step processes into an intuitive interface that non-technical team members could operate confidently.

Case creation time: 1 hour → 90 seconds (40x faster)

Enabled admins to manage the entire business from one dashboard
