I created and built the DesignIQ studio site literally on the ground up- creating a digital identity that was bold, playful and human. It was not just another portfolio site, but a personal statement of how I approach design. The idea was to create a personality-rich, high-performance experience that was both creative in storytelling and business-oriented.
Scope & Process
Brand & Design Foundation:
Beginning with a blank slate, I established the visual language of DesignIQ, a combination of bold type, warm color (orange as the leading color), and hand-drawn elements. The goal was to find a balance between professional and approachable and maintain the design expressive and purposeful.
Design Phase:
With Figma, I was able to plan the site structure and user journey- so that the flow was purposeful, seamless and fun. The sections were created to establish trust, maintain the interest of the visitors, and motivate them to take action without being overwhelmed.
Webflow Development:
After designs were finalized, I constructed the site in Webflow. Interactive elements, scroll animations, and smooth transitions were implemented to make it more usable. The interface was made lively by Lottie animations and subtle hover effects without affecting performance.
Highlights & Impact
Clear Visual Identity: The site has a clean, modern, conversion-ready look, but it also has the creative energy of DesignIQ.
Conversion-Oriented Designs: The content blocks are strategic, the CTAs are animated, and the layout is conversational, which helps users navigate the experience with ease.
Scalable Infrastructure: The Webflow build allows updates to be easy and fast, so the site can grow with the creative vision of the studio.
