Joining the Produce Team, I am working as the Product Designer for Web App of cloud services. I did desk research to develop new features like periodic synchronization and search features that efficiently impact the customer journey and improve the user's time and effort.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders (marketing, sale, customer services) to ensure alignment on business goals and user requirements.
Design and develop consistency development of design systems and design style guide; Created wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively
for optimal user experience.
