I work with a British Wedding brand and from 2023 to 2024, I scaled up their revenue from £4m to £6.5m with Google Ads.
The strategy had three core elements.
1) We identified their top performing products groups, and split them into specific shopping and performance max campaigns with their own assets and roas targets to scale sustainably. (Alongside shopping feed optimisations).
2) We developed a full funnel strategy, using YouTube Ads for brand awareness and remarketing. I worked with the content team to build out specific creatives to enable consideration and purchase through the customer funnel.
3) We unlocked revenue growth by utilising their customer data, and building specific audience lists with unique copy and targeting to increase average basket size and conversion rate.
